Today’s recipe is Lulu’s Vegan Banana Cookie!

Ingredients:
1 Banana
1oz Coconut oil
1/4cup Almond flour
1/4cup Brown rice flour


Prep time: 5min
Cooking time: 25min

 

Preheat your oven to 355°F

 

Mash banana with a fork in a bowl until the mixture has become puree texture
 

Add almond flour, brown rice flour, and coconut oil into bowl and mix well

Prepare a baking tray by lining with parchment paper

Form 1″ balls and press down when putting on the baking tray [ like little cookie pancakes 🙂 ]

Place in your ovens center rack for 25 min or until golden brown

Pro Tip: Add some sesame seeds for a nice touch of umami
Check your cookies for your desired doneness
 

Remove from oven and let rest
 

Recipe Yields: About 25 cookies

The beef liver was huge so we made Beef Liver cookies as well!

Ingredients are 100% grass feed organic beef liver and organic brown rice flour.

Prep time:
10 minutes

Cooking time:
25 minutes

Ingridients:
3 oz Organic Beef Liver Chopped
3 oz Organic Brown Rice Flour

Puree beef liver with food professor.

 

Add brown rice flour and beef puree into a bowl and mix together.

 

Knead dough until it comes together and you can form a patty.


Place it on a baking sheet and flatten the dough. Make shallow cut so you can easily cut them in small pieces after baked.

Preheat oven for 360 degree. Baked for 25 minutes. Cool down and cut then into small pieces.

Keep them in fridge and finish in 5 days. Food and Treat Taster Luvee approved!

TODAYS RECIPE IS 100% GRASS-FED ORGANIC BEEF LIVER JERKY

Beef liver, whether organic or not is a nutrient-dense food that has numerous health benefits. In addition to its good vitamin profile, beef liver is also rich in minerals, including zinc, iron, phosphorus, selenium, and copper.

Ingridients:
1/2 lb Beef Liver (Organic/Grass-Fed)

Prep time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes


Slice the liver in small pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 360 degrees.

Bake 10 minutes.

Flip them and bake another 10 minutes.

There is no preservation so we recommend keeping them in the fridge and finishing within 5 days.

It’s very simple and yummy! Food and Treat Taster Luvee approved!
